These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of stradom.ae (the “Website”), operated by STRADOM REAL ESTATE L.L.C (“Stradom”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About us
STRADOM REAL ESTATE L.L.C is a real estate brokerage registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) in Dubai under ORN 44825. Our brokers hold Dubai Land Department (DLD) broker cards. We make every effort to keep property listings, prices, availability, payment plans and market information accurate and up to date. However, this information is provided for general guidance only and may change without notice. Property details are based on information from owners, developers and third parties, and do not form part of any offer or contract.- A property may already be sold, rented or withdrawn by the time you contact us.
- Prices, sizes, floor plans, images and completion dates are indicative and must be confirmed before any transaction.
- Images may include computer-generated visuals or show furniture and finishes that are not included.
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Rental prices are per year unless stated otherwise.
- Prices do not include DLD transfer or registration fees, agency commission, service charges, mortgage costs or other transaction costs, unless stated otherwise.
3. Advertising permits and verification
Listings on the Website are advertised under permits issued by the Dubai Land Department (Trakheesi). Where available, each listing shows its DLD permit number and a Madmoun QR code or link to the official DLD verification page. Information on that page is provided by the DLD, and we are not responsible for its content or availability.4. Off-plan properties
For off-plan properties, the payment plan, completion date, specifications and any resale conditions are set by the developer and governed by the developer’s Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Completion dates may change. The resale of an off-plan property may require the developer’s No Objection Certificate (NOC) and be subject to the developer’s conditions and fees.5. No professional advice
Articles, guides, FAQs, calculators and other content on the Website are for general information only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, mortgage or investment advice. Results of the mortgage calculator are estimates only; the actual terms are set by the lender. Costs and requirements (including fees, mortgage rules and visa eligibility) can change, and you should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision.6. Our services
Any brokerage services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement in the forms required by RERA and the Dubai Land Department (for example, Form A or Form B), which will set out the services, fees and obligations of each party. Nothing on the Website creates a broker–client relationship until such an agreement is signed.7. Using the Website
You agree not to:- use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it;
- submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms;
- copy, scrape or reproduce listings or other content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems or data.
