Information you give us when you fill in a form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp:- your name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number;
- details of your enquiry: what you are looking for (buy, rent, sell, lease, valuation, mortgage advice), property type, budget, preferred area and your message.
3. How we use your data
- to respond to your enquiry and connect you with the right broker;
- to provide our services: property search, viewings, sales, leasing, valuation and related advice;
- to send you property options and market information you have asked for;
- to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those of RERA and the Dubai Land Department;
- to keep the website secure and improve how it works.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:- within Stradom: with the broker handling your enquiry;
- with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and messaging services (including WhatsApp), and map and review widgets provided by Google. They may only use the data to provide their service to us;
- with developers, landlords, other agencies, mortgage advisors or conveyancers, only when needed to progress your transaction and with your knowledge;
- with government authorities, such as the Dubai Land Department and RERA, where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected to the standard required by UAE law.6. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, records of completed transactions).7. Cookies
