Yuriy Ilnytskyy, Founder & CEO of Stradom Real Estate

Stradom Real Estate was founded by Yuriy Ilnytskyy, a DLD-licensed broker who has called Dubai home since 2014. After years of guiding investors and families through Dubai’s fast-moving property market, he built Stradom as a boutique brokerage — small enough to give every client personal attention, experienced enough to see the whole market.

Today our team of licensed brokers works with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors from Europe, the UK, the CIS, the Middle East and Asia. We advise on off-plan and ready property across Dubai’s prime communities — from Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Hills Estate to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek Harbour — always starting with your goals, not with a listing.
